How We Came Up With The Idea, Why The Idea is So Good, Who is Using it

We are software engineers and teachers and leaders of technologies, We love to teach, write and help software engineers in their journey to become a better and better software engineers, with up to 20 years of experience in software engineer, writing code, working for companies, hi-tech world and start ups various sizes, We want to open this world for more and more people. It could come off as a surprising that such approach of typing-to-learn is such a success among students, However when you dig down to the details you'll see it sits right in the correct place. Where's Universities or college might put their focus on theory studying and big picture, Some people need more than that. Having 3-4 years degree but with 30 hours of writing code skills that are as needed as the paper of the degree means that no matter how good of a student you are, you are losing in the 10,000 hours code writing skills mileage.

No Experience, No Work, No Work No Experience

One of the biggest problem facing newly arrive engineers is the ability to be hired and gain experience and knowledge as software engineers, and it turns into a cycle. You can't get a job because you don't have enough experience, You can't get experience because you don't work at that job. This can cause huge amount of frustration among people who gain their degree or people who completed a course as practical as their projects or day to day activities are, It's nowhere near the 10,000 hours code writing skills needed as a practice to become better software engineer.

Practical Experience

As software engineers we around 50,000 hours code writing skills experience over the years, We've learn to understand that a very neglect able experience among software engineers is the ability to simply, type, write, create, code as much as possible. Quantity is its own form of quality, and here' we choose to put that to the test. We test that with metrics we collect, with the ability of the user, the software engineer to complete tasks, with amounts of time spend practicing actual real life code examples. And we of course use AI to help us and pitch our engineers the best relevant code to their skills level. Many software engineers might have a lot of theoretical knowledge but zero ability to bring it to life, writing, or in computer science case, typing, is as important as public speech is for a leader or a politician. You wouldn't expect a leader not to be able and talk with inspiration and enthusiast to their crowed so why would you expect your software engineer having 40 hours of code writing skills in total over 4 years ?
